1. **Game World** (pre-lesson) — Videos, Tales, Games. Avatar "Diyoriko" with shop, star, character. Countdown timer.
2. **Classroom** — Interactive room with characters (cat, dog), "HELLO" blocks. Teacher + student cameras on right. Drawing/interaction tools at bottom.
3. **Learning Activity** — Drag-and-drop exercise: food items + characters. AI assistant icon (ChatGPT-style) visible.

## Key Observations

### No Baseline Assessment
If a parent skips trial and buys directly → no diagnostic moment. Level is auto-assigned by age (11yo = Level 3). No "here's where your child starts" baseline measurement.

**Impact on Value Hub**: Without baseline, we can't show before/after progress. The first lesson SHOULD establish a starting point that later progress is measured against.

**Recommendation**: Value Hub should prompt for baseline data from Day 1 — either from trial lesson teacher assessment or a quick in-app diagnostic.

### Child vs Parent Experience Gap (confirmed)
- **Child sees**: Game World with Videos/Tales/Games, interactive classroom with characters, drag-and-drop exercises, avatar system
- **Parent sees**: "Hooray! Your lesson is booked" + balance

### Teacher Assessment
First lesson appears to be partly diagnostic — teacher interacts to assess level. But results are not surfaced to parent dashboard in any structured way.

### AI in Classroom
AI assistant icon visible during lesson — confirms Novakid uses AI during teaching, not just for post-lesson analysis. This AI data could feed into parent-facing progress narrative.
